Yeah, there are a few modules that can parse ini files. Config::Std is the
one that can do pretty much anything. Some of the other ones might be
simpler.

I also see a module: Config::IniFiles which handles Windoze style ini files.

Haven't ever used either, so you'll have to examine yourself.
