I have to install the perl in my home directory. Therefore, I can not
take advantages of the packages from my OS (ubuntu). Considering this
limitation, is there an easy way so that I can automatically install
all the packages from CPAN, or a package and all other packages that
it depends on it (rather than download each individual packages and
install them individually)?
