The command I ran is: perl Makefile.PL INC=-IC:\Opt\libxml2\include LIBS=-LC:\Opt\libxml2\lib And it fails, although this is exactly as per the doc: http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/PAJAS/XML-LibXML-1.70/README What am I missing?
