RE: XML::Compile::XOP error

  That worked.  Putting 'use XML::Compile' before the 'XML::Compile::XOP' got rid of the error.  I'm sure I'll be posting more questions as I delve into the MTOM/XOP rabbit hole.  Thanks for the quick response, Bjoern.

Are you sure you have installed XML::Compile in the right place? Do you
have a C:/Perl64/site/lib/XML/Compile.pm file with the right permissions
and attributes set? Do you `use XML::Compile;` before loading the XOP
module, and if not, does doing so help?
