It should probably be noted that as Chris guessed no one has probably
seriously used this code since it was written. It was as I understand
written by Per as proof that you didn't need to move the web server
away from userland to achieve top performance. I don't remember that
far back I had to ask around.

Opera apparently later looked at using it but deemed the HTTP parts of
HTTPLoop to not be up to modern standard.

I would therefore advice against using it other than as an experiment.
We should probably deprecate it in 8.2.
