If everything else fails, you can always do an sscanf followed by

> Calendar.Second(2016,5,3,10,20,30)->fraction(0.0);
(3) Result: Second(Tue 3 May 2016 10:20:30 CEST sharp)

I don't know why

Calendar.Fraction(2016,5,3,10,20,30.0).

doesn't work:

> Calendar.Fraction(2016,5,3,10,20,30.0);             
Index 3 is out of array range -3..2.
