Added an autodoc.vim as well, so that it colours embedded Autodoc *and*
embedded SQL now.
Also, small bugfixes since the last version I posted here.

I'm not sure what needs to be done to get both files included in the
Vim standard distribution (my my pike.vim should supersede Paul
