New stable Pike build 7.8.866 available

Hello all,

I'm pleased to announce a new release in the Pike 7.8 stable series is 
available for download from the pike website:

http://pike.lysator.liu.se/download/

Please feel free to download, build and try it out. For details of what's 
new and different, please refer to the Pike 7.8 changes file:

https://github.com/pikelang/Pike/blob/7.8/CHANGES

Windows binaries and updated package definitions should be coming in the 
near future; further announcements will be made once they're ready to go.
