Need to state required dependencies in INSTALL

Mark,

To make it easier for people to play with prothon and
join the community, we should have a Required
Dependencies section in the INSTALL file as well as
some kind of notice in the Download section on
www.prothon.org.

It's no fun downloading prothon on 56k, trying to
compile and finding out you have to dial-up again to
download 2 more packages. iinm, we only need apr and
apr-util? (apart from a standard build environment)
