Re: Prothon and capabilities

Because Prothon doesn't have "users" in the normal sense, being unfinished
and all, we are currently using prothon-users for all topics that are under
consideration and prothon-dev for all agreed upon features that are under
development.  So this topic belongs under prothon-user.
