It's better "we" think ahead, in order to keep simple the "we'll just
do" part...

What prompted this discussion is Paul's remark:

about needing to keep track of our discussions and the related ideas that
are thrown in.

This need for collaborative idea gathering gave me an idea, which
I'm developing in the next thread: Prothon Lang Dev Wiki

As for PEPs, I'm not sure we need formal "enhancement proposals" just yet.
For these, the acronym PREP can be retained to be used when we do.
I would also be inclined to put PREPs in a wiki format, when we come to
it. But let's deal with our current discussions first.
