Will you be willing to maintain it?  I know these are supposed to be
self-maintaining, but that is a myth.

Whosoever vounteers to be responsible for the wiki maintenance will start
their career by choosing the wiki software.  Laurent and Joe can fight over
it.  If you can't decide, then each of you post a message saying rock,
paper, or scissors at exactly 8PM est today. :-)
