I'm running a GracefulTavi as we speak, and it does indeed seem to be
self-maintaining. Come to think of it, I could just host it at notcharles.ca
where I've already got all the infrastructure set up, except that way it won't
be at prothon.org.
So I volunteer to host an open wiki at http://notcharles.ca/prothon, and you
could make prothon.org/wiki (or something) redirect to that page. This'd be the
most painless solution all around, since I already have GracefulTavi set up, and
the developer is in the next office so I can beat tech support out of him if
necessary.
However, the only reason it's so painless for me is it's on one of these boxes
(plug again): http://www.net-itech.com, and they come with mysql preinstalled
and set up correctly and everything. I recall trying to do that myself once and
hating every minute of it. So if I have to maintain a mysql database on another
box, I don't volunteer for that.

As I said, I'll do it if I can host it at notcharles.ca. Otherwise, Laurent can
do it.
