It's Ctrl+Enter. I've done it a bunch of times myself.

If you happen to have Outlook (comes with Microsoft Office), you can set a
rule on outgoing messages that delays them for a short interval before
sending. I have a one-minute delay set to avoid problems like this. Alas,
Outlook Express does not support rules on outgoing messages, only incoming.

One trick you can do with Outlook Express is to turn off automatic sending
of messages. Then they will be sent the next time a send/receive is
performed, whether on a schedule or manually.
