Vancouver Prothon talk

So far I have the first draft of the first section (general overview) of my
presentation posted.

I'm organizing it as a general overview of Prothon, a discussion of the
interpreter engine independent of the language, and then two sections about
the language compared to Python.  One about fixing Python gotcha's and one
about enhancements to Python.

Be brutal with your opinions.  Be especially brutal if you think I will
offend the Python audience.  This is a Python workshop after all.
