Time fixes that :-)  Nowadays Netscape 4 is described as
lightweight.  When it was released it was considered anything
but!

Given the efforts of people doing stuff like firefox, the
many eyes on the codebase will ensure a reasonable tradeoff
between functionality and bloatedness.
