First, I apologize for the multiple copies of my first post.  I don't know
how this happened.  There is only one copy in my outlook "sent items"
folder.  This is a great way to make a first appearance on a new mailing
list. :-)

I've discovered that gmane's python.pypy is actually pypy-dev so my
question is answered.  Why gmane feels obligated to mangle names is beyond
me.  When they bridged our Prothon lists they renamed our prothon-commits
as prothon-cvs, even though we use svn.
