Can't seem to unsubscribe

I've been having trouble unsubscribing from r-help-request. I don't know my
password, and I'm not sure which of my email addresses I used to enroll.
Could have been [email protected] or [email protected]. The latter
address is only an alias now. If I send email from my university address,
the return address will be [email protected]. So perhaps that is the
problem. Email sent to rogers@anthro reaches me, but there is no way for me
to send mail from that address.

What should I do?
