Inno setup

I’m trying to get an Inno Setup script written. It is compiling clean and developing the setup file along with a desktop icon. However, when I launch the app it crashes with a Common\plugin.cpp: 990 error message. There was a post about a year ago concerning this error, but did not give a definite answer other than to refer to example scripts. Might this be related to the Windows Universal Runtime? I’m installing on Windows 10. Or is this referring to an icon error? Here is a screenshot of the error.
