Symlink convenience

I recently updated my Mac from Yosemite to Sierra. I used in Yosemite the convenience of creating Symbolic Links using a command given in Finder/Services. Unfortunately it has disappeared. This is how it was triggered:
click (highlight) a file or folder
go into Finder/Services and select Symbolic Link (I think it said “create”)
then the Symbolic Link is created.
One may still create a Symbolic Link with the following Terminal command:
              ln -s target_path link_path
This works fine but is less handy than the prior method. It needs switching to Terminal and typing 2 paths in a command line.

Is it possible to recreate the command that existed in Services ?

Cordially,
Daniel
