Issue #16367 has been updated by duerst (Martin Dürst).

Status changed from Open to Third Party's Issue

Given that https://github.com/piotrmurach/tty-prompt/issues/115#issuecomment-557919189 says that the `tty-prompt` library uses a native C API, and this issue can only be reproduced on Windows, I strongly suspect this is an issue in `tty-prompt`, not in Ruby itself.

If that's not the case, please reopen with actual details in this tracker, not just a pointer.
