There's certainly less traffic; I'd say the list is for discussing the 
hows and whys of writing docs, but the actual patch submissions should 
go to ruby-core where someone with commit rights (and presumably the 
knowledge of the API in question) can review and commit.


Unless someone on this list will do that.
