output template used for the "The Ruby Sidebar for Firefox"

Hi James,

I was wondering what RDoc template was used for the output of the files
referenced to by the links from the "core" section of the Sidebar. They
produce nice pages, without frames.

The stdlib section, on the other hand, produce the "hated" framed view that
we've all come to expect from RDoc. Would it be possible to use the same
output template for the stdlib as for the core? Is it a matter of the
stdlib being organized by file, whereas the core is by class?

(Inspired by a chat on #nitro with Vagabond...)
