Should 'ext/etc/etc.c' be fixed then?  If so, maybe stdlib-doc should  
be tweaked a bit?  The score for that file is listed as an 8, which  
seems odd since all the methods are missing call-seq.  Or is the  
score dependent only on the length of the documentation?
