Nokogiri version v1.10.0 has been released.

This is a maintenance update focused on Ruby version support and updating
vendored CRuby libraries.

Nokogiri (鋸) is an HTML, XML, SAX, and Reader parser.  Among Nokogiri's
many features is the ability to search documents via XPath or CSS3
selectors.
