Imlib für Windows?

Hallo!

Hab gleich noch eine Frage: und zwar gibt es die Imlib auch irgendwo als
Win-Binary? Oder gibt es eine Alternative um Bilder zu laden/verarbeiten,
die auf Windows läuft?
Oder gibt es irgendeine andere Möglichkeit Texturen z.B. über OpenGL zu
laden?
