Vorteil:
  - weniger Spam

Nachteil:
 - kein Posten mit anderen Adressen als der der Anmeldung möglich

Da der Anteil an SPAM recht gering ist, werde ich erstmal noch davon absehen,
"member_posting_only" zu aktivieren.
