sather manual and the GFDL?

Hi folks,

At rms' request, could you change the license on the Sather manual to be
GFDL, please?

I see it was partially copyright by the "International Computer Science
Institute" (although "199x" is not a valid date).  Hopefully it would be
possible to get permission or an assignment from them.

Please let me know if questions or problems.
