Sather installation

Hello

I am trying to install sather in UBUNTU 18.4.  I proceeded as follows:
1- I set export SATHER_HOME=/usr/lib/sather
2- sudo make clean
3- make CPP='cpp -ffreestanding -C -P'

I examined /usr/lib/sather, it was empty
I tried ./Bin/sacomp in the to directory I got::
Couldn't open file: /usr/lib/sather/System/Common/Common.module
Command line error near: /usr/lib/sather/System/Common/Common.module in
command line
