Towards GNU Smalltalk 3.3

Hi,

I would like to release GNU Smalltalk 3.3 but the VisualGST/Glib
eventloop integration can still lead to deadlocks in VisualGST and
it would be a shame to release it like this.

How shall we proceed? Release a 3.2.92 as we have accumulated
plenty of other improvements compared to 3.2 and 3.2.91? Wait for
more help on VisualGST?

any comments/opinions on it?
