Let me also add that it would be good to maintain the networking code as 
a separately loadable package on SqueakMap...if it gets folded into the 
base image, it would be equally bad if that resulted in the package in 
the base image and the package on SqueakMap got out of sync and/or 
became heavily inter-woven with other package in the base image.
