I don't think we're anywhere near ready for beta right now; just for an
example in my area there is the DeclarativePools stuff to decide on.

Alex produced a new stream of changesets for 3.6 alpha today. This 
should be available
today or tomorrow.
I strongly suggest that all the changes we produced get reviewed by 
external guys
(you should realize that normally the changes have been produced by at 
least two people,
and often reviewed by another KCP guy).
