Re: [FIX] MVC in one bit mode

Okay, I've tested this one and I'd recommend including it.

It fixes a definite display problem which shows itself whenever you scroll a pane in 1-bit mode in MVC.  The fix itself includes a check for 1-bit mode, and is in MVC-related code, so it seems pretty safe that it won't affect anything else.  (Perhaps there is a more direct fix which could be made to bitBlt or somewhere else, I'm not sure, but this fix seems simple & direct enough.)
