My fixes that I think should be in 3.4b

Scott asked what the status was of the various fixes I've posted 
(post-5169). I hadn't been too clear on these.

I think the following [FIX]es should be applied to 3.4b, since they 
fix existing bugs:

MoreWeakMsgSendFixes-nk
ProjectArchiveFixes-nk
VMMakerNicerFor3.4-nk
FileListCleanup-nk

And maybe also the following [ENH], which makes the TestRunner more 
accessible:

TestRunnerInWorldMenu-nk
