May be my ignorance, but tried both squeak.cog.spur_macos64ARMv8.dmg and 
squeak.stack.spur_macos64ARMv8.dmg on my Macbook air, opened dmsg and 
copied each to Application directory and each report "damaged".

Something different I need to do?
