Seems like your implementation is correct.  

Are the LOCK and UNLOCK verbs part of an HTTP spec?

https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7231#section-4

It doesn't seem like they're part of HTTP/1.1 so maybe thats why they're not
implemented in Seaside.
