I have Etoys 4.1 installed on my Mac.  With a browser (Chrome), I can
open the following link and view the project:

http://squeakland.org/launcher/?http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16590498/Citonga%201%20Afabeti%201.003.pr

(Also, it actually opens from Etoys 4.1 running as an application.
So the file issue could be something else.
