Copied to Etoys-Dev. We can drop this topic from the general Etoys
discussion, and take up Etoys By Example there. I will raise these
refactoring issues on Squeak Dev also.

Noted. I assume that you mean balloon help in Etoys, and Class comments in
Squeak.
