Did you update the VCPROJ file in order to build it? I didn't see that in
the ZIP.

Here, a pack with the source without any assembler dependencies.
There's still lots of cleanup to do, like figuring out a better way to
handle the dynamic linking and resolve the dependencies between the
various code generators, and dynamic primitive loading.

(oh btw i didn't sync includeDBs yet, but you don't need to run
makedeps the files are already good)
