Wow, you're right- they are now in the repository. I think I was being too careful to not put any proprietary code in the repository, since the mks tools and borland assembler were in that directory, and somehow the scripts got excluded too. I never noticed they weren't in the repository since they were still in my directories and the build doesn't currently use them.
