That actually makes sense.  Whether it's worth $230k is another story.  
IMO, some advantages that Dolphin has over other Smalltalks are arguably 
the best development environment out there and really good Windows 
integration, which means it can be "sold" as an alternative to .NET.  
Squeak and Strongtalk can't.
