Am I the only blind Smalltalker ? auto complete not kind

Perhaps I have missed something , some setting thing , workspace do it ?

as the editor auto completes it uses a dark-ish blue background over black
type,
its a nice blue and as much as i like it , I can't see the suggestion, I
have to get close to the screen per message send attempted  , so you can
imagine that as I type my head is bobbing back and forth almost as if I was
praying to my IDE.

Needless to say for me that sort of defeats the purpose of auto complete
i.e. I speak for myself of course. I don't have the best eyes.

I wonder if those Blublocker sunglasses work.

anyhow, im sure that I must have missed something.

BTW, I don't get this with VSCode, IDEA so I don't think its poorly setup
contrast on my monitor.

Can somebody kindly let me know what to do ?
