Running 9.x on Parallels win 11 instance

Contemplating buying an MBP M2 , but it would be pretty compelling to I
repeat , run Vw within win 11 pro running on top of parallels.

This is of course means running on top of Arm64

Before I send an official inquiry to Cincom thought I ask from my phone
since I don’t have the password to my Cincom login here :)
