I feel very much at home with Gemstone , again, having been weaned on it
from the start during my FPL days.
I might be getting ahead of myself but I was thinking of a model where the
app could be single user with a local database but pluggable to be multi
user with a centralized db. Not currently sure if it makes sense to have a
small local gemstone db running on a local windows box, but maybe. I was
playing and extending an json/http based api and it was playing out pretty
well.
I'll certainly consider it.
