Missing the tlsPlugin.so file for the Arm based linux

Hello All,
We were testing VisualWorks on the Arm 64 environment.
Unlike the Linux 64 bin folder, the arm related folder does not contain 
the TLS Plugin library -- tlsPlugin.so.

I wonder does it exist or we should use something different to be able 
to connect to the the the HTTPS or SMTPS on the Arm environment ? Same 
code works OK on Windows and Ubuntu linux.

Any information on the subject is greatly appreciated.
