lazy-keyword

I downloaded SML 110.55 version in Windows XP and
tried to enable the "lazy" keyword by typing : 
-Cparser.lazy-keyword=true
but unfortunately it gives me the following error:
-!* unable to parse value `' for lazy-keyword : bool
-!* unable to process `true' (unknown extension `')


Please suggest. I need to use the flag "lazy" for my
assignment.
