What's your hardware? Ml-nlffigen only works on Intel x86 and Sun Sparc
so far.  (A PPC version is in the queue -- but it is a low-priority 
queue, unfortunately.)

On supported platforms there should be an ml-nlffigen in 110.43, 
though.  You can always
try installing SML/NJ directly...  (We are up to 110.45 now.)
