Yes, I already took a look at the C Kit and mlnlffigen sources in the MLton
source tree awhile back [1] to estimate how difficult it would be to add
support for calling convention specifiers and identified a few places (in
the C Kit parser, AST, and mlnlffigen) that would need to be modified.
