TDP Coverage?

	Does anyone have brief tutorial on how to configure a project to use 
the coverage plugin?  I've tried placing $smlnj-tdp/coverage.cm in my 
.cm file, as well as $smlnj-tdp/plugin.cm and marking it with the "tool" 
class, but neither of these seems to even load the Coverage structure. 
If I manually run CM.make "$smlnj-tdp/coverage.cm" the Coverage 
structure is loaded but if I attempt to consult it after running some 
code it doesn't seem to have collected any data.
