Deviation from Basis spec for Posix.TTY.TC.getattr?

The specification at:
    http://www.standardml.org/Basis/posix-tty.html
mentions a value Posix.TTY.TC.getattr.  However, that value seems to be 
included as Posix.TTY.getattr instead in SML/NJ 110.60.  Likewise for 
setattr.

Should the implementation match the spec on that web site?
